How can Mindful Eating help change our eating habits?

Mindful Eating brings the quality of mindful awareness to the what, when, why, how and how much we eat. This powerful practice can transform the way that we eat and our relationship with food.

Mindfulness also helps us to become aware of our automatic behaviours and patterns and create the space to discern which habits serve us and which habits no longer serve us. This element of choice allows us to keep our health goals at the heart of our decision making process, tempered with food freedom and enjoying food in a balanced way.
