Our philosophy is that good health is a lifestyle choice. There is no pill or magic diet that is going to give you a quick fix to your dream body or the healthy person you want to be. You need to commit to a lifestyle that is going to help you achieve and maintain your health goals.

Our Approach

Making small changes to what we eat can have a significant impact on our health and vitality. Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching is puts emphasis on our strengths and opportunities, building on what’s working in our lives, and away from an emphasis on diagnosing and fixing what’s not working.  Using a functional nutrition approach – we take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

What is involved in our 3-month nutrition & lifestyle programme?

To help our clients make progress towards their health goals you will have 12 x weekly sessions with one of our highly experienced and qualified nutritional therapists and coaches.  The sessions will include:

  • exploring your purpose for change to create powerful, meaningful and lasting change
  • assessing your current diet, lifestyle and health goals – so we can understand where you are
  • assessing your different stages of change for different areas of health and wellbeing
  • developing a wellness, health, and fitness behavioral plan that is personally tailored to your circumstances and capacities
  • collaborating with one of our skilled coaches for self-discovery and forward momentum
  • personal responsibility, personal-development, contemplation, self-discovery are at the heart of the process

A primary goal of our 12-week coaching journey is to facilitate a client’s growth and change. We are particularly concerned with behavioral changes which support a higher level of health and well-being in-line with our client’s purpose and goals.

What’s Included & Outcomes

What’s is included in our nutrition & lifestyle coaching package?

The following list outlines what is included in the fee for our 3-month coaching programme:

  • 2 x 1-hour coaching sessions (week 1 and week 2)
  • 10 x 30-minute coaching sessions (week 3 to week 12)
  • Email support between sessions to answer questions and offer motivation
  • Resources such as: assessment forms & questionnaires, behavioural plan template, workbook, worksheets, handouts, recipes
  • Additional resources, websites, videos and recordings
