My name is Bernadette Keogh and I am the founder of Mindful Living Coach.  I am a Mindfulness Trainer and Nutritional Therapist with a quest to help people live happier and healthier lives through mindful living and healthy eating.

Having worked for over 15 years in highly pressurised corporate marketing roles, I now bring my life experience to my mindfulness teaching and nutritional therapy, allowing me to connect with the issues that people are facing and to work on practical solutions through mindful living and healthy eating.

Currently, I run weekly English mindfulness courses and classes in Den Haag, in addition to in-person workshops and corporate training. I also deliver online-based mindfulness courses. Working with groups, charities and companies - focus is placed on how individuals can utilise mindfulness skills to complement their lives at work, and at home.

I also run a busy Nutritional Therapy practice in Den Haag, helping people reach their health goals through healthy eating and lifestyle changes.

 I am a certified Mindfulness Skills teacher and have been practising mindfulness and meditation for the past 20 years in various traditions. I also have a BA (hons) in Business with Communication Studies as well as a diploma in Nutritional Therapy.
