What is Mindfulness Coaching?

This service is transformational, presence-based coaching rooted in mindfulness practice.  Through the process you will deepen your mindfulness and meditation practice, create lasting inner change, and live with clarity, compassion & purpose.

A 60-minute Mindful Living Coaching session blends:

  • A guided experiential mindfulness meditation to start each session — to land in the present moment; connect with your body, senses, emotions, state of mind and your surroundings and to tap into your inner wisdom.
  • A mindful reflection on your recent experiences — gently exploring thoughts, emotions, behaviours, goals and themes. Contemplating your life through the lens of mindfulness with the qualities of mindfulness (such as non-judgement; openness; compassion; kindness).
  • Deep listening, reflection and intuitive inquiry — a safe space is held for you to speak freely without judgement or interruption.  Exploring what is important to you, challenges you might be facing and present moment needs.
  • Mindful self-talk — noticing unhelpful “shoulds”, the inner critic or limiting language so you can see things as they truly are and move into your power.

I never give answers or directives. I believe clients always have the answers and gently guide you with intuitive questions when appropriate.

Mindful Living Coaching integrates mindfulness practices, values, self-inquiry, self-love and compassion — empowering you to consciously navigate life with equanimity, clarity and joy. Enabling you to live the life you want to live today.

Individual Session: €85 per 60-minute session
Block of 4 Sessions: €280 (€70 per session – save on ongoing growth and continuity)

Sessions are held online, and I work with clients from all over the world. You don’t need to be in a specific location to begin your journey — all you need is a willingness to bring curiosity and presence to your life.

Your Mindfulness Coach

Bernadette Keogh, Mindfulness Trainer

Bernadette Keogh is a mindfulness trainer and nutritional therapist. She has been teaching mindfulness since 2013 and been a mindfulness practitioner for over 25 years. She has taught over 2,000 people in in-person and online workshops, courses and events. She has also completed mindfulness teacher training (for MBSR) with Bangor University and is a Qualified MB-EAT Mindful Eating Instructor. She is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and is a member of BANT (the British Association for Nutritional Therapists).
